These terms cover the cleaning services Coastline Turf provides in Orange County, California. When you book with us, you agree to what follows. We keep it plain so you know exactly what to expect.
Our Services
Coastline Turf cleans, sanitizes, and deodorizes artificial turf. That includes deep cleaning of artificial grass, putting greens, and play areas, plus pet waste removal and treatment for dog urine odor and bacteria. We offer one-time cleanings and recurring maintenance plans.
We aim to leave your turf fresher and cleaner. Results depend on the age, material, and condition of your turf, the drainage underneath it, and how it is used. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot improve.
Quotes and Pricing
Any price we give you before we see your property is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed on site, once we have looked at your turf, measured the area, and checked its condition.
- Starting prices listed on our website are a guide, not a guaranteed total.
- If the job is larger or more involved than expected, we will explain the change and get your approval before we start.
- You will always know the price before we begin the work.
Scheduling
We will agree on a date and time window with you when you book. We do our best to arrive on schedule. If weather or an earlier job runs long, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as we can.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Plans change, and that is fine. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, let us know at least 24 hours ahead by calling or texting (949) 213-0429. If our technician arrives and cannot access the property or complete the work through no fault of ours, we may charge a trip fee for the visit.
Access and Preparation
Please make sure we can reach the turf area on the day of service, including gate access and a clear path. Remove furniture, toys, and pet waste from the area beforehand when you can, so we can get straight to work.
Payment
Payment is due when the service is complete, unless we agree otherwise in writing. For recurring plans, we will tell you the billing schedule up front.
Satisfaction
If something about your cleaning is not right, tell us within a reasonable time and we will work with you to make it right. Our goal is a yard you are happy with.
Limitation of Liability
We treat your property with care. Even so, to the fullest extent allowed by law, Coastline Turf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, for turf or backing that fails because of age or prior wear, or for conditions we could not reasonably have known about. If you believe we caused damage during a visit, contact us promptly so we can look into it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to our services will be handled in the state of California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that service.
